QA/QC Introduction
The Quality Control Department is an independent department which is directly supervised by GM Office, all the staff have

rich experience in quality control. We have the most advanced testing equipment just like Simulating Tester, spectrum

analyzer etc. They assure you the best quality of our products.

Raw material samples confirmed:raw material selective examination...test on semi-manufactured products -soldering tin

effects, components accuracy, board clearance etc.-semi-products functions tests, clearance tests-appearance test after

assembled-function test-packing check--15% selective examination of products in stock--15% selective examination before

shipment.

In the mean time, any new/renewed product would be tested in high-low temperature testing box for about 144 hours to assure

the stability.


Test Equipments and Facilities

1313 12VDC Spike Suppressor
To eliminate potential false alarms caused by induced AC, fit an ACT 1313 to the control panel and each remote PSU as

standard.

Bridge
Used to test the accuracy and quality of all kinds of electric components ie. Resistance, capacitance and inductance etc.

mainly used to test raw materials test before putting them in stock.

Wireless Spectrum Analyzer
Used to test the frequency accuracy of the remotes and transmitting power

1166 Earth Line Choke
The 1166 High Frequency Earth Line Choke prevents electrical RF interference from affecting the 12VDC supply on metal alarm

control panels. Connect in line with mains Earth inside the control panel

Wireless Digital Signals Producer
Used to test the receiving sensibility

Automatic High-Low Temperature Experiment Box
Used to test product stability in different temperature, mainly used in finalizing the design of the whole set products.
